Left home 0715. Planned 9 hour trip. Neptune was a little apprehensive from the get go.
Things were smooth sailing through Mpls and on to St Cloud. Beautiful, sunny day. Then we hit the open prairie land.
“Driving with a 25-35 mph head wind with gusts over 50. Getting less than 5.0 mpg hauling the RV makes a guy question the choices he’s made.” – Joe
We settled into our sight in Dickenson, ND and updated the journal... "Never drive in bad weather again"
FYI- No wifi as advertised, so missed our entry yesterday.
Everyone slept well until 4:00 am when Neptune decided he needed to be outside for 20 minutes, with company. Good news is he's learning to climb the RV stairs because there are treats at the top.
